Who can see your assessment?

What we save

Your account name and email, business profile, answers, evidence, Founder Time Audit, clarification notes, official results, action plan, progress and feedback are stored so you can return to your assessment. We also save an AI interpretation when you choose to request one.

How YBI Consults uses it

Authorised YBI Consults reviewers can review your responses, results and progress to understand your business and support your next steps. They can download assessment reports and a summary spreadsheet for this work. Other assessment participants cannot access your records.

Optional AI interpretation

If you consent and request an AI draft, your business context, answers, evidence and official results are sent to OpenAI to produce the interpretation. Your official scores and rules-based plan are calculated by YBI application logic. You can complete the assessment without requesting AI.

Avoid including passwords, financial account details, or personal and confidential information about clients or employees in free-text answers.

You can review and update your saved assessment from your account. For questions about your information, or to request removal of your account or assessment data, contact YBI Consults through our website.
